  • £35 – notice fee per person
  • £47 – notice fee with referral to the Home Office per person
  • £50 – consideration fee to accept or reject divorce or civil partnership dissolution documents issued outside the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or Isle of Man
  • £75 – if the registrar needs to refer your foreign divorce or civil partnership dissolution documents to the General Register Office for consideration

Fees include use of the room, and the attendance of the registrar.

Standard ceremonies:

  • £195 – Monday to Thursday before 5pm

Premium ceremonies (prices vary depending on the day and time):

  • £330 – Friday before 5pm
  • £385 – Saturday before 5pm
  • £590 – Sunday before 5pm
  • £880 – Bank holidays

 

Register office statutory ceremonies and civil partnership signings

  • £107 – Civil partnership signing, Monday to Thursday before 5pm (includes one certificate)
  • £107 – Statutory ceremony, Monday to Thursday before 5pm (includes one certificate)

 

Ceremonies at an approved venue

Fees include the registrar’s attendance only.

  • £550 – Monday to Thursday before 5pm
  • £590 – Friday, Saturday and Sunday before 5pm
  • £770 – Monday to Sunday after 5pm
  • £880 – Bank holidays
  • £700 – Garden ceremonies before 5pm
  • £1000 – Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
